Using the service

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for the content you configure and publish with yourown.delivery, including your brand name, logos, product listings, and driver network. You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes.

Your builds

You retain all rights to the branded app content you create. You grant yourown.delivery a limited license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

Delivery-platform disclaimer

yourown.delivery is a software platform that lets you launch a branded delivery experience. We do not employ your drivers, guarantee delivery outcomes, or provide insurance for deliveries. You (the platform operator) are responsible for driver vetting, compliance with local gig-work regulations, insurance, taxes, and worker classification in your jurisdiction.

Payments (when enabled)

Paid add-ons and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider under their terms. Refunds follow the refund policy displayed at checkout.

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in your jurisdiction of residence, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
